Ordering Guidelines

1. Typical lead times are 3-4 weeks (4-8 weeks for sleeves) from receipt of approved art and payment.

2. All art work must be submitted electronically at the same time your order is entered. Acceptable formats include: EPS Illustrator (strongly preferred) or high-resolution PDF files.

3. Art work may include up to 4 colors.

3.1 Please select from the menu of 22 standard colors provided. PMS color matching available also at small extra cost.

4. Customers will receive an electronic (e-mail) proof prior to the production date.

4.1 Customers will be asked to approve the proof (or make needed corrections) and e-mail back to us within 72 hours of receipt of proof. A second proof will be sent (if needed).

5. Credit cards will be charged for all products ordered when we accept your order. This will put your order into the production queue.

6. Product will be shipped directly to you immediately after the production date.
